The room at Hotel Rural El Caseron was a cozy haven. It had a rustic charm that made me feel right at home. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the private bathroom with a bath tub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the TV in the room. But hey, that's just me!

We had a fantastic city break at this rustic b&b. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved the delicious buffet breakfast, especially the homemade cakes and tortilla española. The spotlessly clean bathroom with toiletries was a great bonus. And the location was ideal - just a short drive to Cangas and Covadonga, and only 300m from the bus stop to Lagos de Covadonga. We also appreciated the fact that there were great restaurants nearby.
That the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great due to the wooden/rustic interior. , the wifi was a bit unreliable, so we recommend sitting next to the router at reception if that's important to you.

We had a great stay at El Caserón. It was a nice option for us since we wanted to visit Covadonga and Los Lagos in the morning. Breakfast was really nice, with fresh bakery included. Jose, the owner, was really helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Parking was convenient and there were great restaurants nearby.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

the room had plenty of light and a beautiful view of a private stream. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to use their phone when my son fell ill. the breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes and local specialties. The location was convenient with on-site parking and proximity to restaurants and the road to Covadonga. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 🙂.

The buffet breakfast at the country-style restaurant was a delightful surprise. The variety of delicious dishes made me feel like I was at a five-star gourmet restaurant rather than a hotel. From the fresh pastries to the perfectly cooked eggs, every bite was a heavenly experience.
Top floor room was hot.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very warm, hospitable, and welcoming. They made us a large pot of tea upon arrival and even left us a pot for the next day. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of homemade cakes, tortilla española, scrambled eggs, nice bread, and fresh cheese. The hotel itself had a very characterful and rustic architecture, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The room was clean and well-conditioned with plenty of light points. The bathroom was nice and clean as well. The hotel also had a parking facility on-site, which was very convenient. The location was great, with a beautiful view of a stream from my window. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even letting us use their phone when my son got sick and allowing us to stay until the situation was sorted. They also recommended some great restaurants in the nearby area.
All good.

We stumbled across this cute country style B&B during our drive to Northern Portugal and it was a pleasant surprise. The location was beautiful, with flowers all around and a lovely country design. The room was spotless and the breakfast was very generous. We also appreciated the helpful staff, who provided us with information on how to get to the nearby lakes. I would recommend this hotel for its charming atmosphere and great experience.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They provided us with helpful information about the city and suggestions on places to visit. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. One of the best aspects was the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which made us feel at home during our stay.
The soundproofing in the hotel was not very effective. We could hear noise from outside, as well as from other rooms, which was a bit disruptive at times.
